Love Your Triggers: Mastering the Mind-Blowing Mantra that Heals our World.
By Jim Dreaver
Imagine being untriggerable, free of fear, worry, anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and caring about what others may think. Imagine being realize and free of the “me, myself, and my story” preoccupation, so your mind is 80% quieter and your thinking clearer and more intuitive. You focus on your goals, what matters to you. Your life is rich in meaning and purpose. More than anything, you want everyone to discover the pure joy of being realize and free! My new book Love Your Triggers: Mastering the Mind-Blowing Mantra that Heals our World. shows how to realize this. And true Realization is simply seeing that we are not this ego “I” that comes-and-goes, but the clear, relaxed presence that is always here! We affirm the mantra, "Who is this 'me' that gets triggered?”, whenever we notice ourselves lost in thought or are emotionally reactive, e.g. caught in the story “This shouldn’t be happening” or “I’m not good enough...” Then we look at how anything we come up with is just a “story,” a belief or idea that comes-and-goes—especially this ego “I” that we get identified with—but “we,” as the awareness, the clear, radiant presence that sees, are always here. Realizing this, we come back to the present moment. Realization brings boundless love and freedom and allows us to address the suffering around us. All the above is explained clearly in the Introductory Pages, which are then followed by 108 lessons. The lessons summarize how Realization is integrated in a common-sense, practical way into family, work, money, health, creativity, social engagement, and every aspect of daily life. End Your Story, Begin Your Life
By Jim Dreaver
The teaching and the practice making up the heart of this book come directly out of my own experience as a seeker of truth. I was on a spiritual journey for twenty years, seeking enlightenment, or inner freedom. Then, in the spring of 1995, my seeking came to an end when I finally realized my true nature. I have been at peace, free of conflict and suffering, ever since. The main elements of my own story, the story of how I came to the understanding that I am not my story, are in this book...If you absorb the teaching in these pages, and learn to do the practice every time you experience emotional conflict, upset, or suffering, you will yourself realized to freedom, to the inner peace that does not depend on circumstances, much, much quicker than I did. As an example of how this can happen, read Juliana Dahl’s story at the beginning of Chapter One. She is the mother of four children, and realized to her true nature just three short years after we met the teaching itself is simple. It is to grasp that while we are a story-telling people, the stories we tell come and go, they change, but we, in our essence, are always here. We, as the pure awareness that sees and knows are still here, still looking through our eyes, sensing with our body, feeling with our heart and gut. Realizing we are that which is always present, and not the thought or story, which is ever-changing, is to be realized and free. Available at www.amazon.com, and also as an audio book.

Before and After Realization
By Jim Dreaver
“How do I hold onto this?” is a question seekers-of-truth often ask me, referring to the feeling of ease and flow, of deep peace or bliss that they have just realized to. “You can’t hold onto it,” I reply, “because it is what you are. The ‘I’ that wants to hold onto ‘it,’ your ego ‘self,’ is the problem. See that, see that the ‘I’ you think you are, the ‘story-teller,’ comes and goes like every other thought in your mind, yet ‘you,’ as the seeing are always here, and you’ll be free.” And that, in a nutshell, is the essence of Realization—or enlightenment, or self-realization as it has more traditionally been called. This short book, Before and After Realization, consists entirely of a meditation journal I kept for six weeks in the spring of 1983, along with italicized comments written almost 20 years after my Realization. A few months after the journal was written, I sold my chiropractic practice in Santa Rosa, California, and embarked on a 9-month journey through Southeast Asia in my quest for realizing. So, this “journal” was written from the un-realized perspective, from the time when I still believed “I” was my thoughts, my “story,” my “identity” around what I did in the world, the house I lived in, the car I drove, and so on. I took everything very personally, in other words, and when things went well, I was happy, and when they didn’t, I suffered. But I was very definitely a hard-core, genuine seeker who eventually—12 years later—found the inner freedom I sought. What I found, the insights and realizations that shed light on the truth of realizing, are the comments written in italics at various places within the journal. These describe my experience now. And my experience now is one of ease, harmony, and flow, and a deep and profound gratitude for life—essentially 24/7. I am a content and happy man, one who is living his true, destined purpose—writing and teaching about realizing, and doing private sessions via Zoom, Skype, phone, or in person with those who feel the call to work with me.. I wish the same experience for you, and ultimately for every single human being. And now to my meditation journal, written so long ago… To get the eBook, make a donation of any amount by clicking the DONATE button above. The Ultimate Cure
By Jim Dreaver
The Ultimate Cure was my first book. There is a lot of my personal story in here, and it contains many tools, tips, and anecdotes about the spiritual journey, and how to make the ‘ultimate cure’ of full spiritual realization a day-by-day experience in your life. It’s now out-of-print in English (it’s been translated into Italian, German, and Chinese), you can pick up a good used copy from www.amazon.com.

The Somantic Technique
By Jim Dreaver
A Simplified Method of Releasing Chronically Tight Muscles And Enhancing Mind/Body Awareness (Wild Goose Press) is an illustrated book I wrote when I was still a doctor of chiropractic. The information in this book is a must-read for bodyworkers and hands-on musculoskeletal practitioners. The week I spent with Thomas Hanna, the developer of this system, at Esalen in 1989 changed my professional life. I spent several years working with his technique of releasing chronically tight muscles and adapted it into the method that I created. You can learn the work from the book. It is fully illustrated and the techniques are really easy to learn. They represent the cutting-edge of bodywork. Available for $24.95 at www.somatictechnique.com  and also available on www.amazon.com.
